BOFFI Salinas Kitchen: Technical Features and Materials
The Salinas kitchen by designer Patricia Urquiola, can be defined as an innovative, eco-sustainable, tactile and highly customizable proposal that breaks traditional patterns in the industry.
Several elements make it so, such as the supporting frame made of tubular metal and the extendable table.
The sink uses fired lava stone with geometric crystallization, and the integrated lighting is LED. The doors were produced using metallic materials such as copper or zinc, replacing wood.
The tops are in:
- Dekton ceramics,
- concrete,
- stones,
- solid wood,
- lava.
The Salinas kitchen does not include wall cabinets but only shelves, with a channel inserted in the top to accommodate fixtures and increase storage.
