The project respected environmental and landscape preservation principles, in collaboration with the&nbsp;<em>Sovrintendenza del Paesaggio<\/em>&nbsp;(Heritage Commission).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The goal: to breathe new life into an existing structure while preserving its essence, reinterpreting it through a contemporary architectural language.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the fa\u00e7ade, Pellegatta chose a warm, soft hue \u2014 more in tune with the natural tones of the surrounding landscape than the original white \u2014 achieving perfect visual integration.
