Mosaics to be composed and recomposed without, however, ever weighing down the atmosphere of the room.<\/p>\n Because another must for modern style is lightness<\/strong>. It is a lightness that looks at minimal<\/em> but should not be confused with the concepts of empty or aseptic. It is something else. It is a new way of conceptualizing the order, spaces, voids, solids, colors and weight of a room.<\/p>\n Numerous proposals, suggestions and the most exclusive ideas chase each other when furnishing a modern-style living room. Sag ’80 has selected some of them, real design insights from the work of brands that have made exclusivity and sophistication their trademark.<\/p>\n We are talking about Mex Cube by Cassina<\/strong> by Piero Lissoni where independent cubes suggest endless compositions. Marechiaro by<\/strong> Arflex is a real system of solutions that still manages to answer many questions after almost half a century. Finally, Landscape ’05 by Jeffrey Bernett for B&B Italia, is an ambitious and light chaise longue, minimal but with extraordinary detail.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n 271 Mex Cube<\/strong> is the modular sofa created in 2007 by designer Piero Lissoni for Cassina<\/strong>. It is the sofa of interpretations, it is creative, dynamic and multifaceted to well meet all the different usage needs it may have. It is a composition that renews itself with each idea, a picture that photographs a new scenery each time it goes on stage. The cubes can be arranged as an island, in a linear fashion, at an angle, or set against each other to create many small seats, many small spaces.<\/p>\n From a structural point of view, Mex Cube has independent cubes with different sizes and functions, in which you can choose between two depths: they can be with or without the backrest and armrests to tell two different stories about the use of the sofa.<\/p>\n The composition also allows for experimentation from a chromatic point of view with colors and finishes that refer to nuances to be grasped and composed.<\/p>\n It is also a matter of taste: being able to play with cubes leaves room for imagination to chase taste.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The name Arflex is now anthology within the history of sofas. Refinement in expressive forms leading to surprising solutions and constant work on the quality of materials make its products reliable and adaptable over time and space.<\/p>\n And this is precisely the case with Marechiaro<\/strong>, Arflex <\/strong>‘s modular sofa conceived by Neapolitan architect Mario Marenco in 1976 characterized by essential lines and shapes combined by the extreme modularity of the design.<\/p>\n Marechiaro is, in every sense, a eulogy to uniqueness: each seat, each backrest, each armrest is individually upholstered so that it can be easily arranged in endless compositions that give space to the most refined corners of taste, creating scenarios for the living area of the home. In addition, each element has its own upholstery available in a wide variety of fabrics and colors and even leather.<\/p>\n From a technical point of view, its frame is composed of tubular metal and the padding is molded polyurethane, while its multilayer base is made of laminated poplar and its feet are made of black lacquered metal. Marechiaro is also a sofa with completely removable covers, except for the leather version.<\/p>\n Marechiaro is a unique sofa. An object full of history, classic, and able to meet the challenges that modernity of furniture has imposed on design.<\/p>\n He is a style icon and is, above all, full of personality.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n This 2005 chaise-lounge<\/strong> by Jeffrey Bernett<\/strong> for B&B Italia<\/strong> is a true taste of lightness, understood as a declination of space in pursuit of harmony. Two are the polar stars of this seat: elegance of form and absolute comfort, two sides of the same coin of taste.<\/p>\n Landscape ’05 floats nimbly and airily in the room; it is minimal without being bare; it is a minimal inspired by the lightness that a modern environment must have.<\/p>\n Very classically it has a steel support frame on which rests a comfortable seat from the upholstery, which can be fabric or leather, sewn in segments.
