Sag’80 Group, in collaboration with Piero Lissoni Studio, has been honored to sign another home project for a high-class private Villa in Como.
A house with a story to tell, 600 square meters immersed in green, with precious architecture refreshed by decor pieces that have changed the history of design.
Two levels, clear and minimal lines and a selection of furniture, from the external building up to the internal lamps, all from Sag’80 catalog, such as: the Eero Saarinen Table, the 2097 Chandelier by Gino Sarfatti, the B&B Italia Armchairs, the black leather Daybed by Mies van der Rohe, the Panton Chairs, Boffi Kitchens and Bathrooms, just to name a few.
Thanks to large windows, the walls seem to dissolve and the boundary between indoor and outdoor space becomes almost imperceptible allowing the dwellers to enjoy the priceless spectacle of Nature which, according to the cycle of seasons, creates an incomparable vista made of a natural palette of colors.
In fact, the rationalism of the shapes is softened with the outdoor greenery and every room is different from another so everything is perfectly balanced: the bathrooms are custom-designed in stone with pink shades that go well with the water fittings and furnishings.
Cement, glass and wood make up the volumes in an alternation of private and not private spaces
from the living room to the bedrooms, without mentioning the amazing swimming pool with infinity bathtub covered in sandblasted coiled marble. Located indoors, it receives the light from the sun thanks to the large windows and is usable during summer as well as winter, with a direct connection to the solarium outside.
In this residential building, the minimalist white harmoniously contrasts with the green of the lush vegetation, and the architecture of Piero Lissoni combined with Sag’80 design are an example of a valuable concept.
